Staff was amazing the female cash register was VIP and deserves to be a manager this was night shift. I came in last minute Lobby was about to close and I just had the perfect experience! PS they were a little short-handed and they still rocked it 😎 if only all fast foods could be at their level.

we bought the food online with our debit card it charged our card then when I got to popeyes and waiting in the drive through for almost 10 minutes was told I needed to come in. So I went in only to be told they didnt have my order anywhere. I showed them the email receipt that they sent me mind you I still felt like they were skeptical and finally after about 20 minutes of going back and forth with them did they finally fill my order. we eat there all the time. lesson learned we will never order online again there.

I am sorry to hear of those experiences, but just remember not all Popeyes are same.

Never ate there but not all popeyes are bad just find corporate # and tell them

that sucks, i. sorry your experience was not satisfactory the best addvice i can give you is to always remain calm and exhibit a good example of how to be professional. you can't yell back and then complain.

This is one if the worst Popeyes ever, they should just close down and start over, gives Popeyes a bad name, not to mention, it's too expensive to be messing up my order
